LIVING ROOM AND DINING AREA: Sit back and relax in our cosy living room and dining area. It is complete with a sofa that turns into a bed and has two large additional seating pods. The dining area has a modern glass table and chairs to accentuate the rest of its surroundings. This area is a refreshing area to unwind after a day of exploring or working.

The apartment is a 6 minute drive to Hertford University or a 24 minute walk. David Lloyds Club is a literally on your door step and is 3 minute walk or a 0 minute drive from the apartment. Warner Bros studio tour is a 27 minute drive.

Additional notesWe have installed two detectors, one that detects very high noise levels and the other detects Cigarette smoke or anything of that nature in the property. The detectors holds a joint fine and can be charged to the person that booked. If the detector goes off during your stay you may be asked to leave the premises immediately. Please be aware that removal of these detectors would also activate the alarm and you would incur the fine.
